Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Traveling Maintenance Technician to perform general repair services across multiple commercial locations on a weekly basis. This is a 1099 independent contractor role focused strictly on hands-on repair work, requiring occasional travel between job sites within a 30-60 minute radius.

Scope of Work:

Perform general repairs across multiple assigned locations. Tile repair and replacement, including grout work. Upholstery repair for seating and fixtures. Ceiling repairs (tile, panels, minor structural fixes) Door, lock, and handle installation/repair Caulking and sealing as needed Minor carpentry and basic plumbing repairs. Painting and Stucco repairs. Mortar repairs And More... Diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently with minimal oversight.

Hourly Rate:

$18+
