Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Hotel Maintenance Engineer to ensure the seamless operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. This dynamic role involves maintaining a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, troubleshooting issues promptly, and performing preventive maintenance to enhance guest comfort and safety. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in industrial maintenance (preferred), technical expertise across various systems, and excellent customer service skills to support our commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections, and building infrastructure using precision measuring instruments and schematics. Troubleshoot and repair issues that may arise throughout the hotel. Operate and maintain power tools. Utilize systems to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and schedule future inspections. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to execute precise repairs or installations. Support the team in emergency repairs or urgent maintenance requests to uphold guest satisfaction.
