Nashville, TN Schedule:

Saturdays & Sundays are required AM Shifts Holiday Inn Express & Suite Nashville West End , is seeking a Full-Time Engineer (Hotel Maintenance Technician) to join our team! This role is ideal for a hands-on problem solver with experience in general maintenance, repair work, and preventative care to ensure our hotel remains in excellent condition for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry. painting, etc Respond promptly to guest and team member maintenance requests. Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure the property's functionality and safety. Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical and electrical issues. Maintain a clean and organized maintenance workspace. Assist with upkeep of common areas, guest rooms, and back-of-house spaces. Follow all safety protocols and hotel standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous hotel or building maintenance experience preferred. General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and perform hands-on tasks. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Availability required on Saturdays and Sundays.
