JOB GOAL

The goal of this position is to maintain grounds and buildings for the safety of all students and faculty.

JOB DUTIES

Mowing all district campuses and athletic fields including painting for events Playground equipment repair Snow removal Concrete and asphalt repair or replacement Service all mowing equipment Tree trimming Provides support to the trades when needed Moving and setting up furniture Roofing repair Performs other job related duties as assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Very heavy: Exerts in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly.
