Maintenance Technician

What you'll do: As a Maintenance Technician at McDonald's, you play a critical role in keeping our restaurants safe, clean, and fully operational. You'll handle preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure every system (from fryers to HVAC) runs at peak performance. This is a hands-on, essential role with real growth potential. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on all kitchen and dining equipment. Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems. Maintain fryers, grills, refrigeration units and ice machines. Conduct safety inspections and ensure code compliance. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment failures Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work orders. Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
