Property Maintenance Technician Company Overview:

We are committed to providing high-quality services in construction, development, real estate, and property management.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Property Maintenance Technician to support our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in facility maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, general repairs, and landscaping. This position requires a motivated professional who can prioritize multiple tasks and consistently deliver quality workmanship.
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Technical or vocational training preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
Experience:
  • Minimum of three (3) years of facility maintenance experience required
  • Minimum of two (2) years of HVAC experience preferred
  • Minimum of two (2) years of Electrical experience preferred
  • Minimum of two (2) years of plumbing experience preferred
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check
  • Valid driver's license required
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests
  • Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues
  • Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
  • Complete general repairs, including basic carpentry and painting
  • Prepare vacant units for occupancy, including repairs and cleaning
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of common areas and grounds
  • Perform landscaping, mowing, and grounds maintenance
  • Assist with property inspections and identify maintenance needs
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment repairs
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift, carry, and transport up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and crouch for extended periods
  • Ability to safely work on ladders
  • Ability to safely operate tools, equipment, and maintenance vehicles

Performance-Based Bonus Pay:
