Ability to prioritize and move at a sense of urgency to get production to meet targets Maintains equipment daily with the highest operating standards to promote efficiency. Demonstrates knowledge and continued growth in understanding of production equipment and processes. Communicates well with leadership and manufacturing team to accomplish provided goals. This position is primarily responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment including, but not limited to mixers, flow wrappers, shrink wrappers, extruders, and filler equipment.
