The Role We are seeking a skilled Maintenance / Process Technician to join our automotive plastics team. You will ensure product quality by providing safe, timely preventative maintenance and expert troubleshooting for production and facilities equipment.

Key Responsibilities Troubleshooting & Repair:
Diagnose and repair plant electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic (PLC) issues.PM & Facilities:
Perform PM Levels 1, 2, & 3; maintain logbooks and manage plant systems (HVAC, compressors, chillers, and water treatment).Equipment Setup:
Lead tool change activities (SMED/TPM), ensure machinery safeguard compliance, and assist with new equipment installations.Safety Leadership:
Act as a LOTO expert. You have the authority to stop production for any quality or safety concerns.Continuous Improvement:
Participate in corrective action activities and implement best-practice systems.Qualifications & Skills Education:
High School Diploma required; 2-year Technical Degree preferred.Experience:
Background in plastics (Injection or Blow Molding) is a major plus.Technical:
Proficiency in PLC, hydraulics, and welding; safe use of shop equipment and power tools.Soft Skills:
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Ability to walk, stand, climb, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
