Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to ensure the optimal operation, safety, and upkeep of our facilities. This dynamic role involves performing a wide range of maintenance tasks across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems to support a safe and efficient environment. The ideal candidate will bring energy, leadership, and technical expertise to maintain our facilities at the highest standards, ensuring smooth daily operations and long-term durability. Join us in creating a well-maintained space that fosters productivity and safety for all team members. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards. Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, electrical wiring, plumbing, and structural components. Supervise maintenance staff or contractors when necessary, providing guidance and ensuring quality work. Support customer service initiatives by addressing facility-related concerns promptly and professionally. Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related fields. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by experience with schematics, electrical systems, welding, and plumbing. Ability to operate tools including PLCs, Ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment with precision. Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate effectively with team members and vendors. Knowledge of safety protocols related to electrical work, welding, painting, and general facility operations.
