Pool Cleaning/Maintenance Specialist

Primary Purpose of this

Position:

Pool Cleaning and Maintenance:

Perform routine cleaning of residential and commercial pools, including skimming, brushing, vacuuming, emptying baskets, and ensuring overall cleanliness and presentation.

Water Chemistry Management:

Test and balance pool water chemistry to maintain safe and optimal swimming conditions, including proper handling and application of chemicals.

Pool Equipment Inspection:

Inspect pool systems and equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, automation) during service visits and report any issues or irregularities.

Pool Startups and Service Assistance:

Assist with pool startups, system checks, and seasonal openings as needed, ensuring all components are functioning properly.

Basic Troubleshooting:

Identify common pool issues and communicate findings clearly to supervisors or service technicians for further action.

Customer Service:

Interact professionally with clients on-site, answering basic questions and representing the company in a positive manner.

Route Efficiency and Time Management:

Follow assigned service routes efficiently while maintaining quality standards and completing tasks within scheduled timeframes.

Safety and Clean Work Practices:

Follow all safety protocols when handling chemicals, equipment, and working in outdoor environments. Attention to
