Hamilton Pools TX is a high-end swimming pool maintenance and repair company serving Collin County and surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on reliability, professionalism, customer care, and a strong team culture. This is an Independent Contractor position. Contractors are required to provide and operate their own reliable truck suitable for daily field service work. This position works directly under our Lead Repair Technician, assisting with pool equipment repairs, troubleshooting, installations, filter cleans, and service work. The ideal candidate has prior pool industry experience, a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Assist with pool equipment repairs and troubleshooting Complete filter cleans independently Help with drain & cleans and acid washes Retrieve and organize parts for scheduled jobs Maintain accurate job and inventory tracking Communicate professionally with customers Perform visual inspections of pool equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment Attend required company meetings

Requirements:

Prior swimming pool industry experience required Pool repair experience strongly preferred Must own and operate a reliable truck suitable for daily field service work Valid driver's license Smartphone capable of running company apps Ability to lift 100 lbs Strong work ethic and reliability Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team RAIL license is a plus
