Full Job Description Job Opening:
Maintenance Mechanic 3
Job Duties:
Provide quality customer service and work toward the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff and tenants of Amarillo National Bank. Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support. Perform general maintenance on equipment and systems such as; 1. Lighting and electrical systems 2. Plumbing systems, fixtures, and pumps 3. HVAC systems, components, and controls 4. Mechanical systems and components 5. Water treatment Monitor and operate energy management systems. Operate and maintain equipment and systems. Respond to after-hours emergency calls. Other projects, as assigned, to enhance the facilities operation.
Requirements:
A High School diploma or equivalent is required. 5-10 years in general maintenance, including lighting and electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, HVAC controls, mechanical systems and mechanical system components is needed. Ability to execute a high standard of quality service is necessary. Good work ethic and pride in workmanship is required. Desire to be part of a successful maintenance team is important.
