Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs. Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the property is in top condition. Respond promptly to work orders and address resident maintenance needs with professionalism. Collaborate with the on-site team to uphold safety and operational standards. Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of common areas and amenities.

Experience:
Proven background in apartment or property maintenance (3+ years preferred).
Skills:
Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, carpentry, and general repairs. HVAC certification is a plus.
Work Ethic:
Reliable, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
Communication:
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with residents and staff.
Availability:
Flexibility for on call emergencies.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
