You respect the space you're working in because someone is about to call it home. You show up consistently, because the leasing schedule depends on it. What You'll Own Unit Turns & Make-Readies Work through the make-ready checklist from top to bottom, completing all repairs and improvements before every move-in Inspect and repair sheetrock, caulk and seal windows and bathroom fixtures, and perform touch-up paint as directed Clear out vacant units before the make-ready process begins and complete all documentation accurately and on time Property Upkeep Keep grounds, common areas, and amenities clean and presentable throughout the day Pressure wash, perform general cleaning, and assist with curb and signage upkeep as needed
