We are in search of a skilled and service‑oriented Pool Technician to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will help ensure that every water feature across our expansive resort is safe, pristine, and weing for our guests. You'll support the overall operation of our pools, spas, fountains, and ponds by maintaining water quality, monitoring equipment performance, and delivering prompt, attentive service that reflects Hyatt's dedication to care.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain water quality by monitoring and adjusting chemical levels for all pools, spas, fountains, and ponds.
  • Perform routine mechanical maintenance on pumps filters, heaters, and chemical‑delivery systems.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs to ensure safe and reliable operation.
  • Conduct regular inspections of all aquatic areas to uphold cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
  • Support Engineering operations through shift coverage and collaboration with team members.

  • Must have open availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must befortable working in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions
  • Must befortable lifting moderate amounts of weight
  • Experience with pool systems, including chemical balancing and mechanical maintenance is preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues is preferred.
  • Commitment to guest service and maintaining a weing, safe environment.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team culture.
