• Day shift: 5:00 AM

• Night shift: 5:00 PM

What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment when issues arise Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life Maintain PCB and electronics assembly machines, including: SMT (surface mount) equipment Conveyors and ovens Test chambers and vacuum systems Diagnose problems using electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics Safely lock out/tag out equipment before completing repairs Use meters, gauges, and hand/power tools to test and calibrate systems Read blueprints and diagrams to identify and resolve equipment issues Document repairs, maintenance activities, and service reports Partner with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability Support root‑cause analysis and recommend long‑term solutions What We're Looking For Required Experience & Skills 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience Hands‑on experience with PCB or electronics assembly equipment Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints Mechanical and electrical repair experience in a production environment Familiarity with PLC controls and ladder logic for diagnostics Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills Nice to Have Experience in advanced electronics or PCB manufacturing Lean Manufacturing or root‑cause analysis experience IPC certifications Exposure to automation and complex industrial systems Why You'll Want to Work Here Direct impact: Your work supports world‑changing satellite and communications technology Career growth: Hands‑on experience with cutting‑edge, space‑grade hardware
