Hybrid Material Speciallist / Maintenance Technician

Job Summary This position supports both tungsten material processing and plant maintenance activities throughout the operation. The person in this role will assist with material handling, production support, equipment upkeep, troubleshooting, and helping keep the plant running efficiently day to day. This role is intended to help strengthen communication and support between Operations and Maintenance work. Qualifications Mechanical knowledge or hands-on maintenance experience preferred Ability to work around tungsten-based materials in an industrial setting Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic shop equipment Willingness to work in multiple departments as needed Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment and production issues Forklift or equipment operation experience is a plus Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow safety procedures and plant rules Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Basic computer skills helpful for work orders and tracking systems Structural welding and electrical aptitude preferred Ability to help create SOPs and document furnace knowledge Willingness to help capture and transfer valuable operational knowledge
