Overview
We are seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team and contribute to the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and be able to perform a variety of maintenance tasks.
Duties
Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC system checks, filter replacements, and equipment inspections
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues in machinery and equipment
Perform general repairs on building systems including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
Utilize schematics and logic controllers to diagnose and address technical problems
Fabricate and weld as needed for repairs
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Qualifications
Proficiency with using an ohmmeter for electrical troubleshooting
Customer service skills to interact with employees regarding maintenance requests
Strong command of English for effective communication
Mechanical knowledge to handle various equipment repairs
Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus
Ability to fabricate and weld for repair work
Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics and logic controllers

$12.00 per hour
