Maintenance Technician I

American Landmark Value Management is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Technician I for The Canopy, our 706 unit residential community located in Bedford, TX!At American Landmark, we believe in you and the development of your career. Your role as Maintenance Technician I is critical to ALs success and may include due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, serving on or participating in company sponsored or sanctioned committees, organizations, functions etc. You are ultimately responsible for insuring the efficient maintenance operation of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. We have a new bonus structure! All Maintenance Technicians will receive a stipend of $100 when on-call, on top of overtime. ALSO, maintenance team members are eligible for bonuses of up to $250 based on make ready status and work order completion.

Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the propertyResponsible for the preparation of vacant units for occupancyResponsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment Responsive, courteous, and efficient in the handling all resident requestsQualifying Accomplishments of a

Maintenance Technician:

Prior experience in multi-family housing as a Maintenance TechnicianElectrical & plumbing skills / trouble shooting abilityIrrigation knowledge
