Apartment Home Maintenance Starting Salary:

$43,600.00

REQUIRED:

• Working knowledge of one of the following trades HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical
• Ability to perform physical and manual labor
• Must obtain EPA license to handle freon within 90 days of hire
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and ability to work within a team
• Complete maintenance general knowledge exam prior to application submission
