Job Summary We're seeking a well-rounded Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical and electrical skills, basic plumbing, and the ability to handle a variety of repair and assembly tasks. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting equipment, performing precision measurements, and using a range of tools to keep our facility running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
  • Mechanical & Electrical Troubleshooting:
    Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment, using precision measuring tools to ensure accurate repairs.
Basic Assembly & Woodworking:
Handle basic assembly tasks and minor woodworking needs, ensuring that any fixtures or fittings are properly installed.•
Use of Hand and Power Tools:
Confidently use all hand tools and power tools required for maintenance and repair tasks•
Plumbing and General Maintenance:
Perform basic plumbing repairs and general facility upkeep•
Supplier Interaction & Escalation:
Communicate effectively with equipment suppliers and know when to escalate complex issues•
Precision Measurement and Alignment:
Read and interpret precision measuring tools to ensure equipment is set up accurately and aligned to specifications. Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, with the ability to use precision measuring tools
  • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
  • Basic plumbing and assembly skills, including minor woodworking.
  • Strong communication skills for vendor interaction and problem escalation Preferred Qualifications
  • Basic IT troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
  • Experience in precision equipment setup and alignment
