Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our facility and machinery. You will work with equipment such as pulverizers, sealers, mixers, grinders, augers, fillers, dehumidifiers, and HVAC systems. This role involves creating maintenance schedules, performing preventative maintenance to minimize downtime, and repairing machinery. You will also be responsible for cleaning, changing filters, and maintaining all dehumidifiers and HVAC systems. The position requires being on call for emergency maintenance when significant issues arise. Responsibilities Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal operation of machinery. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime. Repair machinery as needed, ensuring quick resolution of any issues. Maintain and clean dehumidifiers and HVAC systems, including filter changes. Respond to emergency maintenance calls to address critical equipment failures. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buda, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
