This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain the interior of the building, including offices, conference rooms, restrooms, and common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain various flooring surfaces Perform carpet cleaning and stain removal (experience preferred) Maintain and care for different floor types including tile, vinyl, concrete, and hardwood (floor care experience is a plus) Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as desks, door handles, phones, office equipment, and shared spaces Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal Maintain cleaning supply inventory and request replenishment as needed Remove debris from sidewalks and exterior entry areas Replace air filters and assist with basic HVAC maintenance Perform light handyman duties including touch-up painting and minor repairs

Skills & Qualifications:

Prior janitorial, porter, or facilities maintenance experience preferred Experience operating carpet cleaning equipment and floor maintenance machines is a plus Knowledge of proper cleaning products and their appropriate use Understanding of safety guidelines when working with cleaning chemicals Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds Strong organizational and time-management skills Good communication skills and reliable attendance Self-motivated with the ability to work independently This position offers the opportunity to be part of a growing national organization while helping maintain a professional headquarters environment.
