Pool Service Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Pool Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and servicing 30 residential swimming pools on Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday ensuring they are clean, safe, and functioning properly. This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. The Pool Service Technician will perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold the highest standards of pool operation. Thursday/Friday will handle filter cleanings. New pool start ups as needed. Responsibilities Conduct regular pool cleaning, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and chemical balancing to ensure optimal water quality Inspect and maintain pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators Maintain accurate service records and communicate with clients regarding service performed or needed improvements Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities to ensure a safe working environment Assist with seasonal opening and closing of pools as required Keep work areas clean and organized to promote efficiency and safety Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician or in pool maintenance preferred 2+ years Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively Experience with pool cleaning, and routine maintenance tasks Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in pool servicing Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Valid driver's license with clean driving record Prior experience with service technician roles or similar positions is advantageous This position offers an opportunity for individuals passionate about pool maintenance and repair to develop their skills in a dynamic environment. Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
