Pool Technician

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a route of residential pools, ensuring they are clean, chemically balanced, and functioning properly. This role requires a commitment to quality service, attention to detail, and excellent customer communication skills. We provide a company truck and gas, as well as paid time off during the week of Christmas and Thanksgiving. Compensation ranges per pool, depending on experience. Clean driving record, 21+, and ability to pass a background check are mandatory.

Duties:

Perform routine maintenance on residential pools, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for pool repairs and maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate effectively with clients and the office regarding the clients pool needs. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly. Follow all safety protocols and stay updated on industry best practices related to pool maintenance.

Skills:

Proven experience in pool maintenance and cleaning techniques is a plus but not required. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving maintenance techniques and industry standards. Ability to identify and troubleshoot and various pool equipment issues. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Pay:

Training pay is $15/hr After training pay is per pool starting at $15/per for a full service. More depending on pool experience. Why Join Us?
