ESSENTIAL JOB
FUNCTIONSPerform routine and preventative maintenance to keep equipment and facilities operating efficientlyTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production equipmentRepair or replace components including gears, shafts, belts, and pulleysComplete work orders accurately and in a timely mannerConduct predictive and preventative maintenance inspections to improve equipment performanceRebuild and overhaul machinery following manufacturer specificationsUse manuals, schematics, and technical guides to support repairs and modificationsMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities in the systemMonitor and manage inventory of parts and maintenance suppliesEnsure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in a clean work environmentProvide guidance and support to junior technicians as neededAssist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED required2-5 years of experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance in a manufacturing environmentStrong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skillsAbility to use hand tools, measuring devices, and diagnostic equipmentBasic knowledge of PLCs and automated/robotic systemsExperience performing preventative maintenance and equipment repairs independentlyFamiliarity with OSHA standards (LOTO, Arc Flash, working at heights)Ability to operate or willingness to learn powered equipment (forklifts, hoists, etc.)Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independentlyBasic computer skills, including Microsoft OfficeExcellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated 
PREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONSCMRT or similar maintenance certificationExperience with vibration analysis, ultrasonic testing, or lubrication systemsLean manufacturing, 5S, or Six Sigma experience
