As a Pool Cleaning Service Technician , you will be the face of our company in the field—responsible for cleaning and maintaining customers' pools, balancing water chemistry, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll have access to modern tools, training, and technology to ensure each pool meets our high-quality standards. This role includes a competitive hourly wage and opportunities for bonus incentives based on efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. Duties Perform regular pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces. Inspect and maintain pool equipment, ensuring all systems are operational and safe. Conduct water testing and balance chemicals to maintain optimal water quality. Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment issues using both hand tools and power tools. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding their pool systems. Document service visits and report on the condition of pools and equipment to management. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience in pool cleaning and maintenance is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues. Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools used in maintenance tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Must own a reliable truck or service vehicle Valid driver's license and proof of insurance Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Comfortable using a smartphone and pool service apps
