Job Description

Overview Join the Luxe Outdoors team as a Pool Maintenance Technician and become a vital part of creating clean, safe, and inviting swimming environments. In this independent, energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, functionality, and safety of swimming pools through hands-on service and technical expertise. Your role is an integral part of the quality of our pool builds! Duties Perform routine pool cleaning tasks including skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls, and emptying skimmer baskets to ensure optimal water quality. Conduct regular water testing to monitor chemical levels such as pH, chlorine, and alkalinity; adjust chemicals as needed to maintain safe swimming conditions using disk technology. Inspect pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorination systems; perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues promptly. Repair or replace faulty equipment using hand tools and power tools to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation. Program equipment panels Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, chemical treatments, and equipment repairs for compliance and reporting purposes using
SKIMMER APP.
Perform
NEW POOL STARTUPS.
Training provided. Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a secure environment for pool users. Tidy up backyards at each visit. General errands Requirements Proven experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician with hands-on knowledge of pool systems and equipment. Process driven and able to work independently. Must be a self-motivator. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various pool machinery using hand tools and power tools. Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques, chemical balancing, and water chemistry fundamentals. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy equipment, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Excellent customer service skills Prior experience with equipment repair or maintenance work is highly necessary. Valid driver's license preferred; certification in pool operation or related fields is a plus.
