Vanguard Resources, Inc. (VRI) is hiring a Full-Time Day Porter / Building Services Attendant to support our client, the American Heart Association, at their corporate office campus in Dallas. This is a hands-on role for someone who is professional, takes pride in keeping buildings clean, organized, safe, and welcoming throughout the workday.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Keep lobbies, hallways, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas clean and presentable Restock restroom and kitchen supplies Empty trash and recycling throughout the day Clean spills and respond to minor facility needs Assist with meeting room setups Report maintenance issues as needed Provide friendly, professional service to employees and visitors Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment

• Previous custodial or facility support experience preferred
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and movement
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Ability to safely perform routine cleaning and light maintenance tasks
