THE WORK

Maintenance Technician is responsible for the preventive and sustaining maintenance of all equipment and the Grapevine facility. The position includes, but is not limited to, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, equipment maintenance, general maintenance, housekeeping, and janitorial services. Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

• Performs preventative maintenance and repairs on all equipment, including paint booths, whirl tower, autoclave, wash racks, dit-mco machines, blast booths, ovens, x-ray booth, janitorial, etc.
• Performs facility maintenance including walls repairs/paint, floors, plumbing repairs, light fixture repairs and bulb replacements, general carpentry, etc.
• Responds to all facility service requests including inoperable equipment, furniture movement, hanging pictures/posters/signs, etc.
• Documents all maintenance and repair activities
• Communicates the status of major repairs This list of responsibilities is not exhaustive and the employee may be required to perform duties outside of this as directed by supervisor.

National Pay Statement Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $43,100

• $76,130.

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
