Maintenance Technician

Pay:

$18.00 per hour Maintenance Technician - Denton, TX We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Denton, Texas. Apartment maintenance experience is required. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using a computer.

Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and other upkeep tasks. Complete apartment unit turns and prepare vacant units for new residents. Respond to and complete resident work orders in a timely and professional manner. Conduct routine property inspections and identify maintenance needs proactively. Coordinate with management and team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications:

4+ years of apartment maintenance experience required. Experience handling apartment unit turns and resident work orders. Comfortable communicating and working with tenants. Basic computer skills required. HVAC certification is preferred but not required. Additional certifications or licenses, such as HVAC and Pool Operator (CPO), are a plus.
