Overview We are seeking a dynamic Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to lead our maintenance efforts, ensuring our dealership's facilities operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee maintenance activities, coordinate repairs, and implement preventative measures that support our team and customers alike.
Summary:
Maintains a safe, clean working environment for all employees and customers.
Duties :
Address office building maintenance concerns and review building maintenance issues (lighting, heating, cleaning) Arrange for carpet cleaning, furniture maintenance and repairs. •Plan, schedule, and oversee routine preventative maintenance and emergency repairs for HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and structural systems. Work with outside service providers to ensure full functionality and service of water coolers, ice machines and coffee service/machines. Ensure that supplies are ordered and well stocked. Act as the liaison between management, staff, and technicians to resolve facility related issues. Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Proven experience in facilities maintenance within manufacturing or automotive environments. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English.
