The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the motel property is safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role performs routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and equipment to provide a clean and comfortable experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, fixtures) Respond promptly to maintenance requests from front desk or guests Conduct regular inspections of rooms and property to identify issues Maintain the exterior grounds, including parking lot, landscaping, and walkways Ensure all equipment and systems are functioning properly Repair or replace damaged items such as locks, lights, doors, and furniture Follow safety procedures and comply with company policies and local regulations Maintain maintenance logs and report major repair needs to management Assist with room readiness for guest check-ins
