Job Summary:
The Hotel Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the hotels facilities, guest rooms, equipment, and public areas to ensure a safe, comfortable, and pleasant experience for guests. This role performs preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems. Responsibilities Inspect and maintain hotel guest rooms and public areas Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical issues Perform preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and systems Maintain lighting, appliances, locks, and fixtures Paint, patch walls, and complete minor carpentry work Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations Maintain maintenance logs and repair records Assist with room renovations and setup projects Coordinate with outside contractors when necessary
