Maintenance Lead Daily Direction:

Maintenance Lead Responsibilities & Requirements Time reporting compliance (clocking in/out) Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and SOPs Complete all prescribed training including: GMP training Food safety fundamentals Cross-contamination prevention Chemical handling and storage Personal hygiene requirements Proper maintenance practices in food production areas Available for multiple shifts and on-call rotation as required Read and understand maintenance work orders and SOPs Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks independently within 60 days: Basic equipment inspections Preventive maintenance tasks Simple repairs Basic troubleshooting Tool and parts organization Equipment identification in assigned areas Proper use and care of tools and equipment Basic documentation of work performed Elevate issues immediately to the Maintenance Lead. Routine roads maintenance and weed cleaning. Inventory & Receiving Responsibilities Assist with weekly cycle counts of maintenance parts and consumables Basic receiving duties: Unload deliveries safely Match items to packing slip Check for damage Store items in designated locations Follow proper material handling procedures Report inventory discrepancies to Lead Documentation Responsibilities Timecard system Work order completion in Limble Basic maintenance logs Equipment inspection sheets Receiving documentation Inventory count sheets Progression Requirements Maintenance tech 1 to 2: Minimum 6 months in role Training starts after 3 months 3 month training period Independent to perform more complex repairs Compensation Structure Annual rate bandwidth adjustments on company schedule (not anniversary-based) Promotion raises with role advancement Both types of raises possible within 12-month period All rates must fall within role salary bandwidth
