We service Flower Mound and the surrounding areas. As a growing company, we are currently seeking a Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience, a strong work ethic, positive attitude and enjoy being outdoors. We are looking for a year-round, long-term employee who can work independently and deliver exceptional service to our customers. Job Description Our Pool Maintenance Technicians are provided paid training time and paid Certified Pool Operator course and certification. Additionally, we provide a company truck with equipment/tools, fuel card, company phone and uniform. Our Pool Maintenance Technicians are held to high standards and their responsibilities include: Maintaining water chemistry and cleaning customers' pools on a weekly basis (testing and balancing chemicals, skimming, vacuuming, brushing, emptying skimmer and pump pot baskets) Inspecting pool and equipment for proper function Cleaning pool filters Maintaining a clean, organized work truck Maintaining a consistent service schedule for our customers (same time/day each week) Pay is per pool with additional compensation available for services/repairs. Applicants Must Have Ability to lift 100lbs Willingness to work outdoors year round (hot or cold, rain or shine) Valid driver's license Clean driving record Ability to pass background check Positive Attitude Excellent communication skills
