Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support daily operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining industrial equipment and facility systems to ensure optimal production performance and workplace safety. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with automated production equipment.

Send your resume to GabrielBorg@rpstalent.com Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair manufacturing and facility equipment Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery Respond to equipment breakdowns and complete repairs in a timely manner to minimize downtime Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Inspect equipment and identify operational issues or potential failures Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation Replace or repair motors, bearings, gearboxes, conveyors, chains, valves, and related components Support facility upkeep including basic plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical repairs Utilize hand tools, power tools, testing devices, and diagnostic equipment Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate equipment concerns to leadership Ensure compliance with all company safety procedures and maintain clean work areas Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and process improvements as needed Qualifications Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred Technical training, trade certification, or equivalent hands-on experience is a plus Strong understanding of industrial maintenance systems including: Hydraulics Pneumatics Mechanical systems Electrical troubleshooting Experience working with motors, conveyors, bearings, chains, sprockets, and industrial machinery Basic PLC troubleshooting experience preferred Ability to interpret blueprints, diagrams, and electrical schematics Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks Comfortable working independently and within a team environment Flexibility to work varying schedules or overtime when needed Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Frequent use of hands and arms for handling tools and equipment Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and reach as required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment Additional Requirements Strong attention to safety and detail Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting Commitment to maintaining equipment reliability and operational efficiency If you would like to apply, please email your resume to GabrielBorg@rpstalent.com
