Responsibilities Diagnose issues with pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorination systems using mechanical knowledge and diagnostic tools Perform repairs on pool systems utilizing hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, inspecting plumbing, and replacing worn parts to prevent future problems Assist with pool cleaning tasks to ensure water quality and clarity meet safety standards Use specialized equipment to troubleshoot mechanical failures and restore optimal operation of pool systems Maintain detailed service records, including repair logs, maintenance schedules, and parts used for each job Communicate clearly with clients regarding repairs needed, maintenance procedures, and safety tips Experience Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar repair role within the pool or HVAC industry preferred Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool equipment and plumbing systems Hands-on experience with equipment repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting using hand tools and power tools Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and routine maintenance practices Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams effectively Prior experience working with pool maintenance or related fields is highly desirable Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality assurance Join us in delivering exceptional pool care by applying your technical skills in a fast-paced environment.
