Full-Time:
Thursday - Friday OR Friday - Tuesday 8 Hour Day ShiftsDepartment Highlights:

Here's What You Need:
Education- High School Diploma or Equivalent required (Individuals hired into the position prior to January 1, 2003, will be grandfathered with existing education). Experience
- 1 Year Maintenance in commercial or industrial environment required.
- 1 Year in a Healthcare environment preferred. Licenses and Certifications
- DL - Driver's License Upon Hire required.
- CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 Days required.
Skills:
- Proficient in the use of computerized systems for all aspects of job performance.
- Ability to perform basic building maintenance functions to include painting and general repairs.
- Working knowledge of basic hand/ power tool operation.
- The ability to recognize and solve practical problems or issues.
- Ability to communicate maintenance problems to hospital departments and departmental supervisors.
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures.
- Ability to work unsupervised and in teams.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
- Ability work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
What You Will Do:
- Provide basic building repair and maintenance support including, but not limited to, general mechanical repairs, painting, electrical, plumbing, customer requests, grounds, and the like utilizing the computerized maintenance management system.
- Participate in hospital and departmental safety programs, education opportunities, and related training.
