Maintenance Technician Brighon Residential Management Georgetown, TX Job Details Full-time $23 - $25 an hour 4 hours ago Benefits Health savings account Health insurance Dental insurance Flexible spending account Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications Customer communication Interpersonal skills Customer service Groundskeeping Driver's License HVAC Certification Full Job Description Duties will include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs (dishwashers, washer/dryer, oven/stovetops, fridges), painting and grounds. Property does have a pool. You will be getting apartments ready for move in. On call duties are for emergencies only.
- HVAC Certified preferred

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and organize tasks.
- Flexibility to be on call. (emergencies only)
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license and vehicle insurance.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Have own basic tools
- Must be willing to commit to at least 1 year of employment
- Maintenance experience in multi-unit residential a HUGE plus.
- HVAC Certification is a plus Pay is depending on experience!
