Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring our facilities are well-maintained, safe, and operating efficiently. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, repair, and upkeep of bank facilities, grounds, and equipment Troubleshoot and resolve minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry issues Complete preventive maintenance tasks and inspections on a regular schedule Maintain clean and organized workspaces, ensuring all facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed for specialized repairs Assist with moving furniture, setting up for events, and completing special projects Respond promptly to maintenance requests across multiple branch locations as assigned Qualifications & Skills General knowledge of maintenance practices, including basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry (Most electrical is contracted out) Ability to use common hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Good communication and organizational skills Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required Why Join Us?
