Work Onsite Full Time Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience 36 Month(s) Schedule Full Time Job Type Regular Duration Permanent Employment Shift Flexible Shift Public Transit Available Benefits Help for . #HGCY26 Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems to maintain operational efficiency and safety, and document all inspections. Perform daily preventative maintenance activities, including lubrication, calibration, realignment, testing, documenting, and reporting of P.M.s daily. Utilize advanced troubleshooting tools, including PLCs, thermal imaging, ultrasonic, and circuit testing equipment, to identify and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues. Disassemble, repair, and rebuild machinery, including gearboxes, pumps, motors, and valves, to ensure reliable operation and performance, and maintain documentation of repair logs. Vast knowledge of operating Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS) equipment. Responsible for maintaining accurate records of all maintenance work, safety permits, and inspections. Use precision instruments (micrometers, calipers, laser alignment tools, etc.) to verify that components meet exact specifications and quality standards. Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and OEM specifications to guide maintenance, repairs, and system installations. Comply with all safety protocols and work permits, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), confined space, and PPE requirements. Work with the facility supervisor for documentation protocols. Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) initiatives and recommend process improvements Any other job duties designated by management •1st 2nd and 3rd shifts available Background requirements: Candidates must pass a drug screen and a background check.
