Punch Tech/Make Ready

Asden Management, a rapidly growing Real Estate Management Company with properties in several states, is looking for excellent employees to add to our team! We are currently seeking a full-time Punch Technician to prepare vacant apartments for move-in at a 300 unit property in Houston, TX. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Perform all "make ready" tasks to prepare vacant apartments for move-in, including maintenance, painting, cleaning and any other necessary tasks•Apply touch-up paint/drywall as needed Clean out all trash from apartments before, during and after make-ready activity Make all necessary repairs or replacements in order for apartment to be ready for occupancy, such as stove, vent hood, garbage disposal, refrigerator, dishwasher, water heater, HVAC, washer and dryer and any other appliances and sinks, toilets, blinds Repair all leaking faucets, water pressure lines, and drain line leaks Install appliances including stoves, refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers, washers and dryers Perform other tasks as directed Job requirements : A minimum of 2 years of Punch Tech/Make Ready experience, preferably in the multi-family industry Must have reliable transportation Competitive salary and excellent benefits package offered!
