Monday-Friday Job Summary A Team Home Services is seeking a motivated Handyman Apprentice to join our team! This position is ideal for someone with basic experience in home repairs and maintenance who wants to grow their skills in a variety of residential service trades. The ideal candidate is reliable, eager to learn, customer-focused, and comfortable assisting with maintenance, repair, and installation tasks in occupied residential homes. Responsibilities Assist with routine maintenance and repair tasks in residential homes Support repairs involving plumbing fixtures, doors, windows, drywall, trim, and appliances Help diagnose and address minor home repair issues Install fixtures, hardware, appliances, shelving, and other household components Perform minor drywall repairs, painting, and touch-up work Assist with troubleshooting and completing basic maintenance requests Maintain clean and organized workspaces and job sites Follow safety procedures and company standards on all jobs Keep tools and equipment maintained and organized Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) 1-2 years' experience in maintenance, handyman work, construction, or related trades (preferred) Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required) Pass a background and drug screening (required) OSHA 10
