  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and upkeep of our facilities and manufacturing equipment. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting complex systems, and executing repairs across various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, HVAC units, and facility infrastructure to minimize downtime. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and pneumatic issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters. Operate Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to monitor and adjust automated equipment processes. Conduct welding repairs and fabrications as needed to support equipment or structural maintenance projects. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to accurately diagnose problems and implement solutions. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Lead or supervise maintenance tasks, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is completed efficiently. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance and manufacturing environments. Electrical experience including troubleshooting circuits, wiring, motors, and control panels. Proficiency with schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters. Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation troubleshooting. Skilled in welding techniques for repair and fabrication tasks. Experience in residential painting is a plus for aesthetic or minor touch-up projects. Excellent customer service skills to coordinate with other departments or external vendors effectively.
