Role:
Integrity Trade Services is seeking a reliable and hardworking Entry-Level Maintenance & Repair Technician to support daily production operations in a manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in industrial maintenance and manufacturing. No advanced maintenance experience is required; candidates with mechanical aptitude, manufacturing experience, or a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Entry Level Maintenance & Repair Technician Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain production equipment, conveyors, sensors, and surrounding work areas. Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks such as lubrication, inspections, and filter changes. Assist with minor equipment repairs and simple troubleshooting under the guidance of experienced technicians. Help identify and report equipment issues, including jams, worn parts, leaks, and misalignments. Maintain a clean and organized work environment following 5S standards. Support production operations by responding to equipment-related issues and communicating concerns to supervisors and maintenance personnel. Complete basic maintenance logs and documentation as required. Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) practices.
Entry Level Maintenance & Repair Technician Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools. Previous manufacturing, warehouse, machine operator, or general labor experience is a plus but not required. Willingness to learn maintenance and troubleshooting skills. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
