We specialize in full-service maintenance with all chemicals included and unlimited filter cleaning , detailed equipment diagnostics, and high-quality repairs done right the first time. We are not a "Chuck in a truck" or "Dan in a van" company — we document every visit and task with pictures, send service reports to clients, and hold technicians to professional standards. Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Residential Pool Service Technician to perform weekly pool maintenance and basic equipment repairs. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and able to follow written service instructions carefully. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required. Attendance Bonuses & Automatic Raises Because our customers depend on us showing up on their scheduled weekly service day, reliable attendance is a core requirement of this job.

Technicians earn:

$250 bonus for 100% attendance during their first 60 days $500 bonus + automatic raise for 100% attendance during their first 180 days Quarterly attendance bonuses after probation period for technicians with perfect attendance 100% attendance means zero callouts or missed shifts. During the 180-day probation period, any unexcused callout or missed shift may result in immediate termination. No one has earned this bonus yet — be the first. Responsibilities Perform weekly pool cleaning and chemical balancing Maintain water clarity using professional testing (no test strips) Perform basic equipment repairs such as changing an o-ring or valve core, fixing a Polaris cleaner, cleaning a filter, cleaning a salt cell, etc. Use power tools and hand tools safely and correctly Document service notes and water test results accurately Communicate professionally with customers and team members Follow safety and quality standards on every pool Requirements Experience as a pool cleaner, technician, or similar mechanical role Strong mechanical aptitude with power tools and hand tools Reliable attendance Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift 50 lbs (salt bags, equipment, etc.) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions Preferred Experience with Pentair, Jandy, Hayward equipment Experience with variable-speed pumps or automation systems Certified Pool Operator Training, we will also pay for it after probation period if you do not currently have it Spanish fluency Why Work For CCAS Premium customers and well-organized routes Paid training with PHTA or with Pentair, Jandy, and Hayward Clear path to Lead Technician or Equipment Sales roles Professional company with real growth opportunities Dependable technicians move up quickly at Crystal Clear Aquatic Solutions.
