If you take pride in your work, enjoy being outdoors, and have experience maintaining and repairing pool systems, we'd love to hear from you!
Position Summary:
In this role, you'll be responsible for the routine care, cleaning, and mechanical upkeep of both residential and commercial swimming pools. From balancing chemicals to servicing pumps and filters, you'll ensure every pool you touch is safe, clean, and running just like it should.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, including pool cleaning, water testing, and chemical adjustments. Conduct thorough inspections to identify any issues or potential concerns. Maintain accurate service records. Follow all safety guidelines and industry standards during each job. Provide friendly, professional customer service. Learn to service and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators. Use hand tools and power tools to carry out various maintenance and repair tasks.
What We're Looking For:
Prior experience in pool maintenance. Solid understanding of pool systems and mechanical repair. Proficient in using tools safely and effectively. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and safety. Excellent communication and customer service skills. A valid Texas driver's license required.
