Make Ready/Maintenance

Overview Join our dynamic maintenance team as a Make Ready/Maintenance Technician, where your expertise will ensure the seamless operation and readiness of residential properties. Duties Perform make-ready tasks including, cleaning, repairs, and general property turnover to prepare units for new residents Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repairs. Carry out mechanical maintenance such as, plumbing, and HVAC servicing to uphold building functionality Have the ability to trouble shoot the problem. Inspect facilities regularly for maintenance needs; respond promptly to resident or staff repair requests Coordinate with team members on large projects or complex repairs, ensuring quality standards are met Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, and equipment repairs in compliance with company policies.
