In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and construction tasks across various projects. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in multiple trades while contributing to diverse construction and renovation initiatives. Duties Perform general repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting on residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively to complete tasks such as framing, roofing, drywall installation, and concrete finishing. Assist with blueprint reading and schematics interpretation to accurately execute construction tasks. Install fixtures, cabinets, doors, trim carpentry, and perform painting or restoration work as needed. Conduct inspections on construction sites to ensure safety compliance and quality standards are met. Support specialized tasks including plumbing, electrical work, masonry, stucco application, tile laying, and glass or fixture installation. Collaborate with team members to fabricate materials or perform concrete forming and hardscape projects for outdoor spaces. Requirements Proven experience in construction or related labor roles with familiarity in construction site operations. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation. Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction management principles. Skills in multiple trades such as carpentry (frame carpentry, trim carpentry), roofing, masonry, plastering, welding, flooring installation, tile laying, and restoration work. Ability to read technical drawings (schematics) and follow detailed instructions accurately. Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials safely.
